Broome In-Flight Catering’s qualified staff are drawn from this community and have built a strong working relationship during their time together. The result? A core team that operates efficiently under the pressures of the airline industry.
The positive culture though is what has enabled Broome In-Flight Catering to flourish over the years, particularly after the collapse of Ansett, which represented a very large portion of our business. The high level of morale at Broome In-Flight Catering has been forged through perseverance and success when there was much uncertainty in the airline catering business and continues to grow along with the business.
Hygiene and safety are high on Broome In-Flight Catering’s priority list and intermittent audits ensure that standards are kept to the highest level. All staff members have completed an industry recognised food safety and/or hygiene courses and have knowledge of industry hygiene and food safety issues. Due to these responsibilities our staff continuously strive to improve an already extremely safe and hygienic work environment in which they can excel.
In-Flight Catering staff must pass security clearance checks both internally and through Broome International Airport, which requires Federal Police Clearance checks. Along with this, all staff are required to agree to Broome In-Flight Catering's privacy policy, all of which ensures the safety and confidentiality of you and your passengers.
In short our staff are fast, friendly, reliable, qualified, hygiene and safety conscious, discreet and punctual. We are also HACCP Accredited.
