Refund and Return



We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase & have made our return & exchange system very simple.
If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your item, simply return it to us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The Little White T-Shirt Company strongly advises all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and before disposing of any original packaging to avoid frustrations.



​Quick return checklist



1. Email us at mail@thelittlewhitet.com within 7 days and wait for a reply.
2. Make sure the item is in brand new perfect condition, has all tags attached, and you still have the invoice of purchase.
3. Send the item with tags attached via registered post within 7 days to;

Include your full name, address, telephone number, and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit (Please note only exchange or store credit is available on Sale Items). Please also state the way you purchased the item e.g. credit card, bank transfer.
4. Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received.

 

Please Note There are no refunds or exchanges on swimwear
Returns and Exchanges must be shipped via registered post at the buyers expense, then once received we send out the required exchange free of charge.

Sale items
For sales or discount code items, we are unable to offer a Refund, however, you are welcome to exchange. TheLittleWhitet.com requires that all goods be returned within 7 days via an insured and registered postal service. We will only accept undamaged goods with all original packaging in tact (including tags). thelittlewhitet.com does not accept any liability for return goods. In the event that the items fail to reach us your return will not be processed. frankiesunshine.com.au suggest that you take up all matters with your postal service provider. Only when your package has been received, and undergone quality control checks will your exchange be processed.



​Asia-Pacific, USA, UK & Europe
Items to be returned from outside Australia should be sent no slower than registered air mail and must have labeled 'return of goods'.
You must pay the return carriage charges, though in the case of an exchange, we will have the new item delivered free of any additional charges.
